About UsMcGinn School Apparel started in 2003 when the West Reading company "Tot's and Do-Dads" owner Mr. Salon and manager Dena Kawolchik retired after 15 great years in the business. Sandy, George, Jean and Steve being in the Law Enforcement uniform industry for over 20 years saw the perfect opportunity to "Get into the school uniform business". Having uniformed the Law Enforcement community for so long we built a strong reputation of being a leader in customer service and customer satisfaction with a particular commitment to fit and detail. We then looked for a person to run our school uniform division with the same integrity as ourselves and that person was Dena Kowalchik. After 3+ years of providing uniforms for school children in Reading PA we decided to move McGinn School Apparel to a more convenient location, hence McGinn School Apparel - Fairgrounds Square Mall was born. Since the move we have expanded our product line and customer base to include Lancaster, Schuylkill and Lebanon Counties.
